COVID-19 FACILITY PRE-ENTRY SCREENING
Advanced Rescue and Safety, a division of SET Environmental provides EMT’s and Paramedics to perform questionnaire and temperature screening to workers before entry is made into facilities.
Services Offered:
- On-site screening questions will be asked and temperature obtained to try and help determine if person is symptomatic with the COVID-19 Virus before entry is made into the
- Personnel trained to help identify the signs and symptoms consistent with the COVID-19
- Don PPE in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1030, 1910.134, 1910 Subpart I, 1910.1200, 1910.133 standards.
- Pre-Entry Screenings will be conducted in adherence to a COVID-19 Safe Work Procedure.
